Quilt Classes


BQMK0723: Beginning Quilting Class --**at Florala location**

Student will learn to measure and prepare fabric for cutting; use a rotary cutter to cut fabric; and sew an accurate quarter inch seam. Using these learned skills, the student will piece several different quilt blocks both in class and at home. When their blocks are completed, students will assemble their blocks into a small quilt and add two outer borders, make their quilt "sandwich", quilt and bind their small quilt. During the final class, students will and pulling them all together to make a nice wall hanging or lap quilt.
