| Requirements: | Class Requirements **Skill Level:** Advanced Beginner (must be comfortable using a sewing machine) **Students should bring:** * Sewing machine in good working order * Basic sewing supplies (scissors, pins/clips, seam ripper, measuring tools) * Thread for construction and topstitching * Rotary cutter and ruler (recommended) * Fabric and interfacing according to the pattern supply list * Bag hardware and zipper as specified in the pattern * Optional: walking foot or heavy-duty needle (if working with thick fabric or multiple layers) **Optional but helpful:** * Extension table for your machine * Quilting gloves for better grip * Extra bobbins **Preparation:** Students should arrive with their fabric cut (if the pattern supply list calls for it) and their machine threaded and ready to sew. |
